At Eloise Chicago the recipes we use are favorites from our family and friends. They are the treats we asked for as kids and the foods we prepared to celebrate and comfort. We start early in the morning and bake fresh from scratch each and every day. The doughs are rolled and shaped by hand using traditional techniques - no short cuts.
We do our best to prepare what we’ll need each day, but we do sell out of items from time to time. If you're intent on a particular item, don't hesitate to call ahead as we'd be happy to hold an order for you.
